Casa Alina   

Casa Alina is a fantastic holiday home in an exceptionally quiet location. The residential complex is small but nice and consists of only 10 houses with a communal pool with surrounding lawn.

The house with its bright rooms has 4 terraces: One is on the ground floor as a winter garden in a small cosy garden with fruit trees. 2 terraces are at the front and back of the spacious, comfortably furnished living area on the first floor and have awnings. The fourth terrace, accessible via a spiral staircase, is a huge roof terrace of approx. 40 square metres.
There are 4 sun loungers and 1 large parasol. From the roof terrace you have a fantastic sea view. The ideal place to relax.
The two bedrooms and the large bathroom are on the ground floor. A guest toilet is located on the upper floor.

The house was completely renovated in December 2022: Among other things, a new bathroom with a large shower and a completely new, custom-made, fully equipped kitchen were installed.
A lot of new furniture was also purchased, especially very comfortable beds. It offers free wifi and international TV.

Casa Alina is located within a quiet residential complex above Playa Burriana. It is only a 6-minute walk to the beach. The location of the house is also ideal for shopping. It is only a 5-minute walk to 2 giant supermarkets. (Mercadona and Carrefour). The bus stop of the city bus, which takes you to the typical Andalusian city centre of Nerja, is only 300m away from the house. In the old town you will find the famous Balcon de Europa and the cosy alleys with the white houses. Numerous Spanish and also very good international restaurants, many with sun terraces, and lively tapas bars invite you to enjoy.

 
entertainment and activities:
 

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away from Nerja. A public indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts  and a paddle court are in Nerja beside the Supermarket Supersol at the main road towards Maro. 

Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market 
(Tuesday ) , there is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months.

Nerja is Spain's best kept, is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. The area caters mainly for couples and families who appreciate good food and beverages. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.

 

It is said Costa del Sol has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per year.
