This very well furnished two bedroom flat is located in Calle Ruperto Anduez on the 1st floor of a two-storey apartment building.
The flat consists of a living room with a very well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two balconies. One balcony offers shade, the other balcony offers sun.
In the living room there is air conditioning in the transition area to the bedrooms, so that the cooling, or in the winter months, the heating of the entire flat is guaranteed.

This holiday flat is located in Calle Ruperto Anduez on the 1st floor of a two-storey residential building near the Parador de Nerja.
The old town of Nerja is practically on your doorstep. Here you can walk through the typical small Andalusian streets and alleyways with the white-painted houses and really enjoy your holiday, as Nerja offers you a large number of restaurants, bars and shops. Ideal for a shopping spree, a tapas tour or simply relaxing in cafés with sea views.
The beaches (Playa Burriana and Playa Carabeillo) are just a few minutes' walk from Apartment Alamo. Playa Carabeillo beach is located in a small, pretty bay, which can be reached via a flight of steps. From this bay you can easily walk to the long neighbouring beach, Playa Burriana, with its beautiful beach promenade with numerous restaurants of all nationalities, bars, cafés (internet), several small shops and various activities such as kayaking, SUP, beach ball or diving.

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away from Nerja. A public indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts  and a paddle court are in Nerja beside the Supermarket Supersol at the main road towards Maro. 

Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market 
(Tuesday ) , there is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months.

Nerja is Spain's best kept, is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. The area caters mainly for couples and families who appreciate good food and beverages. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.

 

It is said Costa del Sol has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per year.
