Away from the hustle and bustle of Nerja, this fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is perched on top of a hill with great views of th esea and the mountais.

You will experience a "feeling of home" due to the tasteful furnishing. The individual furniture is very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and have built-in wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and of course sufficient dishes. Both shower bathrooms are at ground level without steps and are tiled with old, partly hand-made tiles from Sevilla. From one of the bathrooms one gets directly to the huge pool level.
On the terrace there is a big brick grill and a sink.
Both the pool (8 x 4 m) with a roman staircase as entrance and the entire terrace are not visible. So you will find an absolutely private atmosphere.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of Nerja, the sea and the mountains, and each room has air conditioning for heating in winter.
Of course you will find free internet access via Wlan, a big TV with German, Spanish and English programs, DVD and a washing machine.

  Villa Barranco del Puerto is only 1,1 km away from the long beach El Playazo with its typical spanish beach restaurants, you can easily walk along the river. 
  To Nerja and the next supermarket you need only 6-7 minutes by car.

                 

  There is a riding stable in the immediate vicinity. This offers fantastic rides with great reliable horses in the mountains and to the beach.
  Also the little ones are taken care of. There are miniature horses and cute ponies. Sympathetic patient guides will accompany you.

  The villa is an excellent starting point for hikes of all levels of difficulty.

 
entertainment and activities:
 

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away from Nerja. A public indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts  and a paddle court are in Nerja beside the Supermarket Supersol at the main road towards Maro. 

Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market 
(Tuesday ) , there is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months.

Nerja is Spain's best kept, is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. The area caters mainly for couples and families who appreciate good food and beverages. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.

 

It is said Costa del Sol has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per year.
