This partly historical country house has been completely renovated. It is stylish and airy and has recently been redecorated in Mediterranean colours. The house has 125 sqm of living space over two floors: On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area, a the large living room and a bedroom with a modern ensuite shower bath.
Via a spiral staircase you reach the upper floor. There is a spacious passage room with a sofa bed and a single bed and the 2nd bedroom with also a very modern ensuite shower bath and a small balcony. The upper floor can also be reached via an outside staircase with a normal width and a separate entrance.
There are various spacious terraces, partly roofed with a fantastic view over the valley up to the sea. On one terrace there is a barbecue. Adjacent is the private pool with sun beds.

The detached house is surrounded by a typical Andalusian garden and many olive trees. Enjoy the views and the tranquility of the landcape.

The house is very well heatable in winter: underfloor heating in one bedroom, pallet stove in the living room, wood stove in the kitchen and electric radiators for the bedrooms on the upper floor.

location:
This villa is located near Frigiliana ( 3 km ) and has good access on a paved road.  Frigiliana has many small shops where you can buy bread, fresh fish, fruits and vegetables from the farmland around Frigiliana. There are also banks, a market once a week,  a public swimming bath  ( 25m lanes ) and many bars and restaurants.  To Nerja and the beaches  you'll need 10 - 15 min. by car. There is also a bus going from Frigiliana centre to Nerja ( eight  times a day ). Nerja offers you beautiful beaches and bays, numerous bars and restaurants ( open all over the year ) and big supermarkets and , of course,  the famous caves of Maro.
entertainment and activities:
Frigiliana is an typical Andalusian - formerly Moorish - village, it has twice received  the prettiest village award in national contests.  You'll find ( almost ) all you need: shopping facilities like small groceries,  chemist shops, butcher,  fishmonger and so on,  pharmacy, banks,  post office, weekly market ( Thursdays ), public swimming bath  and, of course,  many restaurants and bars. Often are music and dancing or sports events. The environment is perfect for walking and horse riding. A public bus is going from Frigiliana center to Nerja ( eight  times a day ). Nerja offers you beautiful beaches and bays, numerous bars and restaurants ( opened all over the year ) and big supermarkets and, of course,  the famous caves of Maro. There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away from Nerja. A public indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts  and a paddle court are in Nerja beside the Supermarket Supersol at the main road towards Maro. In Velez Malaga , 20 min. by car,  you'll  find a large shopping centre, called "El Ingenio" with cinemas and restaurants. Here you can get almost everything, under one roof. In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months. It is said Torrox Costa has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per year.
