This friendly little apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a shower room with washing machine and a large sun terrace with barbecue facilities. The apartment is ideally designed for 2 people, but you can comfortably accommodate up to four - there is still a very good sofa bed (folded out 140x200 cm) with a good frame and seven-zone cold-foam mattress in the living area.

San Juan Capistrano is suitable for anyone looking for peace and quiet. You will probably spend most of your time on the terrace, the breathtaking panoramic views over Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as on the left side the mountain massif, guarantees a relaxing vacation.

You will enjoy the peace and tranquility in this very well maintained and charmingly landscaped residential complex: green spaces are everywhere, flowering trees, shrubs and flowers decorate the area all year round. The pool area is impressive. There is also a small but well-stocked store in the complex during summer.

The apartment can also be very comfortable through the winter months because there are electric wall heaters throughout the apartment. And for "overwinterers" we offer special winter long-term prices.

Refundable security deposit: Security Deposit of 150 Euros is required. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure, or at the latest within one week. Full refund is subject to the accommodation being left undamaged and in a tidy condition. Any unpaid fees or utility costs may be deducted from the refund.

Location:

The apartment is in the San Juan Capistrano complex, located above Nerja on the mountainside. Although not centrally located, it is only about 1.5 km from the sea and the inner core of Nerja. It is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, and who want to use the apartment as a starting point for excursions by car. It is especially convenient for hiking tours - right behind the house is a great starting point for the great hiking opportunities that Nerja offers.

The beach is a 5 minute drive, the same to the city center of Nerja. There is also a bus line that runs every half hour towards the beach and the center. There is a small supermarket in the complex and the bus station is only 200 m away.

Entertainment and Activities:

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive from Nerja. The town has a public indoor swimming pool. There are tennis courts and a paddle court located beside the Supermarket Supersol on the main road towards Maro.

Shoppers are well catered for, with a colourful gallery of local boutiques and supermarkets plus the regular weekly market (held on Tuesdays). There is also a huge shopping centre called "El Ingenio" with all kinds of stores, supermarkets, a department store, cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes away in Velez Malaga.

In Torre del Mar there is a huge water park for family fun, open during summer months.

Nerja is one of Spain's best kept towns with a unique and authentic atmosphere all of its own. It is an idyllic and peaceful location, just great for outdoor dining and entertainment all year round. It is a law abiding area and relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.
