There is on one floor a spacious apartment (B) of 110 sqm with 3 bed rooms, 2 bath - one of them ensuite -, an open fully equipped  kitchen and a large living room with dining area. Enjoy the views of the sea and the mountains from a private large (20 sqm), west facing terrace with seating and sun loungers.
Avail of great facilities as air-condition, large flat screen Smart-TV, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the floor below is a large studio apartment (A) of 50 sqm with kitchenette, shower room and also a large, private sunny terrace (15 sqm, west facing), overlooking the sea and the mountains, providing here as well air-condition,  a large flat screen Smart-TV and a washing machine.
In addition, there is downstairs a extra room (35sqm) with a futon bed and a desk, which can be booked with the studio or with the upstairs apartment.
Of course, the entire duplex apartment (C) with a total of 3 bath rooms could be booked. Thus, it comfortably sleeps up to 14 people - in 10 ordinary beds + 4 extra beds as bed sofa or air beds.

Apartment Burriana is modern and highly quality furnished and, of course - even if you rent only a single dwelling unit - each fully equipped with are air condtion units in all rooms as well as fiber glass internet access.

Apartment Burriana is located on the second floor, Studio Burriana and the additional room in the first floor of a terraced built house with just 6 units situated the Urbanisation "El Litoral". All apartments have separate access from the car park above via external stairs. Free parking on the gated communal parking in front of the complex or in the street.

Apartment and Studio Burriana are located in "El litoral", a small Urbanisation just about 150-200 metres from the Playa Burriana, the biggest beach of Nerja, where you will find a great variety of restaurants and bars, and it is only a few minutes stroll to the old quarter of the town, which has remained virtually untouched with it's narrow streets, leading to the main square and the Balcon de Europa, which is the focal point of the town and where the tourist office can be found.

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away from Nerja. A public indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts  and a paddle court are in Nerja beside the Supermarket Supersol at the main road towards Maro. 

Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market 
(Tuesday ) , there is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months.

Nerja is Spain's best kept, is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. The area caters mainly for couples and families who appreciate good food and beverages. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.

 

It is said Costa del Sol has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per year.
