This flat is located above Playa Burriana in the hillside terraced urbanisation El Litoral.
Access is via a separate entrance from the car park above, or also from below, coming from the beach.
The flat (90 sqm) with a spacious living room with dining area and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bath/shower room comfortably accommodates 4 people.
With use of the  sofa bed in the living room and  an airbed, that can be provided, it sleeps easily up to 6 people.
Enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains from the large (20 sqm), west-facing terrace with seating area and comfortable chairs and sunbeds.
The flat is cosy and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with two large fridges with freezer compartment, 4 hot plates, oven, Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hot water boiler and of course enough dishes. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the bedroom to the terrace..
There is internet access in the flat via fibre optic cable (Wlan) and TV with international programme selection.
You can park comfortably in front of the house in the gated car park belonging to the community or also on the street (dead end).

El Litoral is very quietly situated at the end of a dead-end street. The beach " Playa Burriana " with its very beautiful promenade is only a few metres away.
There you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. The pretty old town of Nerja is also only a few minutes walk away. A large supermarket and also the tennis courts and the swimming pool of Nerja can be found within 10 minutes walking distance.

 
entertainment and activities:
 

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away from Nerja. A public indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts  and a paddle court are in Nerja beside the Supermarket Carrefour at the main road towards Maro. 

Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market 
(Tuesday ) , there is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months.

Nerja is Spain's best kept, is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. The area caters mainly for couples and families who appreciate good food and beverages. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.

 

It is said Costa del Sol has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per year.
