Nice, very well equipped self-catering holiday apartment (approx. 65 sqm) in the residential area of "Pueblo Chimenea" above the bay of "Playa Burriana".

This beautiful apartment is fully furnished and has very pleasing decore. It has 2 bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, and one with an ensuite bathroom with toilet and a nice big shower bath. It has a very well-equipped kitchen with all facilities, including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and stove with microwave.

All rooms are airconditioned and there is Wifi with internet access.

You can enjoy the sun all day long on either of the 2 big terraces. One is in front of the lounge with its own shower, sun beds and dining table. The roof terrace has a nice big stone bench. From both terraces you have splendid views of the sea.

Location:

This home is located in Pueblo Chimenea, just above Playa Burriana, the largest and most popular beach of Nerja. Here you find a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bars.

From Pueblo Chimenea it is only a few minutes stroll to the old quarter of Nerja, a charming area which has remained virtually untouched by development. Its narrow streets lead to the main square and the Balcon de Europa, the focal point of the town and where the tourist office can be found.

Entertainment and Activities:

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive from Nerja. The town has a public indoor swimming pool. There are tennis courts and a paddle court located beside the Supermarket Supersol on the main road towards Maro.

Shoppers are well catered for, with a colourful gallery of local boutiques and supermarkets plus the regular weekly market (held on Tuesdays). There is also a huge shopping centre called "El Ingenio" with all kinds of stores, supermarkets, a department store, cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes away in Velez Malaga.

In Torre del Mar there is a huge water park for family fun, open during summer months.

Nerja is one of Spain's best kept towns with a unique and authentic atmosphere all of its own. It is an idyllic and peaceful location, just great for outdoor dining and entertainment all year round. It is a law abiding area and relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.
