This penthouse is used all trough the year but in summer by the owner. So it is very well equipped. It has a big lounge with air condition , a kitchen with all facilities, 2 bed rooms - one with access to the terrace  -  and and 1 full bath.

Location:

"Jardines del Mar III " is located right at the Playa Peņoncillo 1,4 km  before Torrox Costa with its long promenade where you will  find a great variety of restaurants and bars. At Playa Peņoncillo itself are  nice typical Spanish restaurants and  in the complex beside of Jardines del Mar III you will find  a supermarket.
From Jardines del Mar you will need  just a 10 minutes  by car or 15 minutes by public bus to  the next very popular village "Nerja" , which has remained virtually untouched with it's narrow streets, leading to the main square and the  Balcon de Europa.  And a bit  further on are the famous caves of Maro..
Entertainment/ activities: 
 

 

Torrox Costa has a very well known over 1km long  promenade with all kinds of restaurants and bars. There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away. A  tennis court  ( sand ) with sauna and pool can be reached in 5 minutes. In Nerja are also public hard courts and  paddle courts as a public indoor swimming pool.
Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market
( Mondays ). There is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months.

It is said Torrox Costa has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per  year
