The
villa is located at the road from Frigiliana to Torrox, about
3,5 km to the village of Frigiliana and
8 km to Torrox village. To
Nerja and the beaches you´ll need aprox. 15-20 min. by car.
The
villa has been built for a handicapped person, so it has got ramps, also into
the pool. One bedroom has
aircondition and an en-suite bath, which is
suitable for a wheelchair.
The
house is furnished and decorated
in mediterranean style. The large furnished terrace extends the width of
the house with a generous shaded area for dining.
You´ll be enchanted by the ambience. From the terrace You´ll have a fantastic
view over the valley to the coast. In the garden you´ ll find many fruit trees like Mango, Oranges etc. There is a one-room-apartment below
the house with a shower, toilet and a nice private terrace also with
fantastic views . The property is fenced all around. Dogs are welcome!

Bed linen and
towels - not towels for the beach - are available. The price
does not include the changing of linen and towels. On request
a service could be provided. A deposit of 400 € is required. This
covers any damages and in winter
the extra gas
( more than 50€/ week).
Changeover in July and August
only Saturdays.
Minimum rentals 1 week.
