• Community garden with lawn and direct access to the beach
   private showers on the beach

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a 3 storey building ( approx. 20 units ). The residential area
 „ Jardines del Mar“ consists of three - later on 5 - Spanish style houses near Torrox-Costa (  approx. 1 km to the promenade of Torrox-Costa), directly at the beach.
The next supermarket, banks,  a medical center and numerous  bars and restaurants could be reached on foot within approx.10-20 minute walk.  Dogs only conditional.

Prices

+ 7% tax

		June and October:	250 €/ week
		September	280 €/ week
		July and August:	350 €/ week
		cleaning fee:   Laundry:	35 € 7,50 €/ set

Bed linen and towels - not towels for the beach -  are available. The price does not include the changing of linen and towels. There is a laundry nearby . On request  a service  could be provided.
