The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a 3 storey building ( approx. 20 units ). The residential area
 „ Jardines del Mar“ consists of three - later on 5 - Spanish style houses near Torrox-Costa (  approx. 1 km to the promenade of Torrox-Costa), directly at the beach.
The next supermarket, banks,  a medical center and numerous  bars and restaurants could be reached on foot within approx.10-20 minute walk.  Dogs only conditional.

Prices

		November - March:	315 €/ week
		April - June and September, October:	350 €/ week
		July and August:	455 €/ week
		cleaning fee laundry:	35 €   10€/set

Bed linen and towels - not towels for the beach -  are available.
