The apartment consists of 1 lounge with bed sofa, TV and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, micro wave, electr. hob and oven, fridge freezer, etc. There is a full bath room and a bed room with 2 single beds. The balkony is faced east with views of the beach.

Location:

This home is located directly at the beach of  Playa Penincillo just  outside of Torrox Costa,  approx. 1 km to the famous promenade of Torrox-Costa. The next supermarket is in a neighbour bloque. Nice typical Spanish  restaurants and bars you will find  opposite the street and nearby along the beach of Playa Penincillo.  Larger supermarkets and  banks,  a medical center and numerous  bars and restaurants of Torrox Costa could be reached  within approx.10-20 minute walk.    Entertainment/ activities:      Torrox Costa has a very well known over 1km long  promenade with all kinds of restaurants and bars. There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away. A  tennis court  ( sand ) with sauna and pool can be reached in 5 minutes. In Nerja are also public hard courts and  paddle courts as a public indoor swimming pool. Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market ( Mondays ). There is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof. In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months. It is said Torrox Costa has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per  year
