The spacious, very  well equipped apartment was built in 2002 and is part of an attractive block of the residential area „ Jardines del Mar“ which consists of three - later on five - Spanish style houses. It is located directly at the Penicillo beach,  a quiet  beach with several typical Spanish beach restaurants,
just  ten to fifteen  minute walk  to Torrox Costa, where you find banks, a medical center , shops and numerous bars and restaurants  on a promenade and just  five minute drive away from Nerja.
The next supermarket is in one of the houses next door , also  a very good fish restaurant.

The apartment is on the 1st  floor in a 4 storey building . It is very well equipped and furnished. Bed linen and towels are available.
