The apartment is located in a quiet street near (700 m) the biggest and most famous beach of Nerja, called „ Playa Burriana „ . The center of Nerja could be reached within 20 - 30 minutes by walking. There is also an urban bus. For shopping You'll find a big supermarket quite close too .

The flat itself is in the second floor of a small apartment house ( 8 units ). There is a lift. 

Prices  

• Short time rental: sheets  will be changed every two weeks, towels weekly.
• Long perm rental : You'll get two sets of towels and bed linen each. Electricity will be deducted 
  by consumption. A security payment of 30 euros/ month will be charged.
