Very well located, nice furnished and well equipped apartment for max.4 persons:

The  apartment is on the 1st  floor ( of 4 ) of  the edificio " Carabeo ". A  pool with garden as well as  private car park belongs to the community.  The residential building is located in a relatively quiet street directly above a beautiful small bay with a nice sandy beach. More beaches, like the "playa Burriana" with a nice promenade with its shops, bars and restaurants, can be reached by walking ( steps ).  You'll find many other bars and restaurants very close. 
To the Center of Nerja, the " Balcon de Europa" You'll need  10- 15 minutes by walking.

Bed linen and towels - not the towels for the beach -  are available.

         cleaning fee:   40 euros  
 laundry :          7,50 euros  per set  

       mode of payments: a deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation,  balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday date.
