The  apartment is on the  7th floor , that means on the top, of  the Edificio
 „ Bahia“. There are two elevators. The residential building is located in a relatively quiet street directly above a beautiful small bay with a nice sandy beach. More beaches, like the "playa Burriana" with a nice promenade, can be reached by walking ( steps ).  You'll find many bars and restaurants very close. 
To the Center of Nerja, the " Balcon de Europa" You'll need  10- 15 minutes by walking.

Price including: gas, electricity, cleaning fee, 1 set  laundry ( bed linen and towels - no beach towels )

Change over in high season Sat > Sat

30 % booking deposit - rest is due 4 weeks before arrival
