The apartment is  on the fifth floor ( 2 elevators ) of the Edificio „ Almijara“. The apartment house is located in a quiet street near the river. It is possible to park the car in front of the house, there is also a private parking  behind the house. Community pool and tennis are available.

A supermarket is near by ( 5 - 10 min. by walking ). The beach ( Playa Burriana) could be reached by walking within 15-20 min.

Bed linen and towels - not for the beach - are available.  Dogs are allowed.
