The flat is on the 6th floor of a 7 floor building. There are 2 elevators.
It has 1 bed room with a queen-sized double bed. An extra bed could be provided.
Enjoy the views of the east, southeast facing balcony : you'll see the sunrise over the mountains and the sea!
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a full bath room with washing machine.

In winter the apartment  is easily be heated be electric  wall panel heaters.

Location:

This home is located in edificio Albaida II, in a quiet small street  about 150 metres from the Hotel RIU Monica  which is well signposted once you arrive in Nerja. In this area you will find many bars and restaurants.
The house is only a few minutes stroll to the old quarter of the town, which has remained virtually untouched with it's narrow streets, leading to the main square and the Balcon de Europa, which is the focal point of the town and where the tourist office can be found.
Torrecilla Beach is just across the street.
 
Entertainment/ activities: 
 

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away from Nerja. A public indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts  and a paddle court are in Nerja beside the Supermarket Supersol at the main road towards Maro.

Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market
( Tuesdays ) , there is a large
shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a
water park which opens during summer months.

Nerja is Spain's best kept, is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. The area caters mainly for couples and families who appreciate good food and beverages. It is a law abiding area and is relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.
