The resort "Balcon Heights" is located between Nerja and Torrox Costa just above the Playa Peñocillo.

No 19 is a so-called triplex apartment: there are 3 independent units, which can be connected to each other via a private staircase.
You can book only one apartment (2-4 persons), but also two (4-8 persons) or even all three units (8-12 persons).

There is an apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and 2 apartments each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Each apartment is modernly furnished and provides a fully equipped kitchen and a private, large terrace.

 Internet per Wlan is available in all three apartments

Balcon Heights has 2 shared swimming pools with showers and lawns.

"Balcon Heights" is located above the Playa Peñoncillo, aprox. 2,5 km towardsTorrox Costa with its long promenade where you will  find a great variety of restaurants and bars. At Playa Peñoncillo itself are nice typical Spanish restaurants. The next supermarkt you ll find in 15 minutes walking distance.
From Balcon Heightss you will need  just a 10 minutes  by car or 15 minutes by public bus to the next very popular village "Nerja" , which has remained virtually untouched with it's narrow streets, leading to the main square and the  Balcon de Europa.  And a bit  further on are the famous caves of Maro.

 
entertainment and activities:
 

Torrox Costa has a very well known over 1km long  promenade with all kinds of restaurants and bars. There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive away. A  tennis court  ( sand ) with sauna and pool can be reached in 5 minutes. In Nerja are also public hard courts and  paddle courts as a public indoor swimming pool.
Shoppers are well catered for - apart from the local boutiques, supermarkets and the regular weekly market
( Mondays ). There is a large shopping centre with cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes drive away in Velez Malaga, called
 "El Ingenio" . Here you can get almost everything, under one roof.
In Torre del Mar there is a water park which opens during summer months.

It is said Torrox Costa has Europe's best climate - it is true ! Enjoy the sun 320 days per year.
