will find a great variety of restaurants and bars, Supermarkets, all kind of
shops, bakery, hairdressers and banks
close by.
The walking distance to historic centre of
Nerja with
the "Balcon de
Europa" is just 10 minutes.

Nerja is still
an idyllic
holiday resort with beautiful beaches. At Playa Burriana,
the largest
beach of Nerja has
a double promenade
with numerous
national and international
restaurants and
bars,
several shops and a very good
diving school.
The historic centre
of
Nerja is
ideal for strolling.
You will find
numerous boutiques, souvenir shops and
of course there are
all kinds of restaurants and
tapas bars in
the pedestrian zone. There is
also the famous' Balcon de
Europa ", of
which you have
phantastic
views of the beautiful bay
of Nerja. Apart from
the numerous local shops
there is a
weekly market, regularly held on
Tuesdays.
You can play tennis at
the tennis centre of
Nerja on hard
courts, there is
also a Paddlecourt.
A
private and very beautiful
tennis court (sand)
with sauna and
pool is located in
Torrox,
just 10 minutes
drive from
Nerja.
Nerja has as well a nice big public indoor pool.
In Velez Malaga, just
15 minutes
away by car
is
a large shopping
center, called
"El Ingenio"
with numerous, very nice
shops, a
bowling centre,
movie theatres and restaurants. Here you can
find almost everything
under one roof.
The nearest golf course
is located just
a 15/20
minute drive
away.
In Torre del Mar
there is a
water park,
which is only
open during
the summer months.
It is said that Costa del Sol has the
best climate in
Europe -
it's true you can
enjoy the
sun320 days a year.
